PITCH
The Concrete Traps is an intent level in the universe of Mirror's Edge. The objective was to design an interesting level in the same structure as those present in the game and to write a one pager document, highlighting our level design pitch and our references.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The level takes place in the city centre. The player have to get back plans, inside two buildings in construction, in order to know what the enemy organization is preparing. He will be trapped by an enemy helicopter and will have to take refuge in offices of an annex building, at the end.

Through this level, my intentions were to set up a progressive climb during the chase, like in action movies but also to have a more pronounced verticality and progression with less anticipation of movements, during the escape sequence.
